Phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sử dụng đất nông nghiệp của huyện Cai Lậy, tỉnh Tiền Giang
Abstract
The article aims to identify factors affecting agricultural production, which is the basis for proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use in Cai Lay district, Tien Giang province. Nine managers and 60 farmers have conducted consultations to find out the factors affecting agricultural production. This is the basis for determining the level of influence of factors on agricultural production through the multi-criteria evaluation (MCE) method. The results have identified three main factors groups and 12 sub-factors that directly impact the agricultural production process of Cai Lay district. In which, factors such as consumer markets, product prices, agricultural support policies, production costs and unusual weather changes were factors that had a high level of influence on agricultural production. Thereby, solutions were proposed about linking production, product consumption, post-harvest processing and preservation, and agricultural support policies should be given priority to overcome factors affecting agricultural production.

Bài viết nhằm xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sử dụng đất nông nghiệp làm cơ sở đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng đất nông nghiệp cho huyện Cai Lậy, tỉnh Tiền Giang. Chín cán bộ và 60 người dân được tham vấn để tìm ra các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sản xuất nông nghiệp. Từ đó, làm cơ sở xác định mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố đến sản xuất nông nghiệp thông qua phương pháp đánh giá đa tiêu chí (MCE). Kết quả đã xác định được 03 nhóm yếu tố chính và 12 yếu tố phụ tác động trực tiếp đến quá trình sản xuất nông nghiệp của huyện Cai Lậy. Trong đó, các yếu tố về thị trường tiêu thụ, giá bán sản phẩm, chính sách hỗ trợ nông nghiệp, chi phí sản xuất và thời tiết thay đổi bất thường là những yếu tố có mức độ ảnh hưởng nhiều đến sản xuất nông nghiệp. Qua đó, các giải pháp được đề xuất về liên kết sản xuất, tiêu thụ sản phẩm, chế biến và bảo quản sau thu hoạch, chính sách hỗ trợ nông nghiệp cần được ưu tiên thực hiện nhằm khắc phục những yếu tố có ảnh hưởng đến sản xuất nông nghiệp.
