VI KHUẨN PHÂN HỦY 2,4-D TRONG ĐẤT LÚA Ở TIỀN GIANG VÀ SÓC TRĂNG
Abstract
Thirty-two bacterial isolates capable of degrading 2,4-D were isolated from rice fields in Tien Giang and Soc Trang. Based on Box-PCR genomic fingerprinting, these isolates represented ten different strains. 16S-rRNA gene sequencing showed that all strains were ? Proteobacteria, Burkholderiales, Burkholderiaceae and were identified as Cupriavidus sp. ST1, Burkholderia sp. ST4, Cupriavidus sp. ST7, Cupriavidus sp. ST10, Burkholderia sp. ST14, Cupriavidus sp. TG2, Cupriavidus sp. TG3, Cupriavidus sp. TG16, Ralstonia sp. TG26, and Burkholderia sp. TG27. In mineral salt medium supplemented with 2,4-D (500mg.l-1) as a sole carbon source, HPLC analysis indicated that Cupriavidus sp. TG2 was the most active 2,4-D degrader.
