Abstract

Ethnic minority cultural tourism has emerged as a significant area of scholarly inquiry, addressing themes such as minority culture, authenticity, and cultural preservation in the context of tourism development among minority groups. While this topic has garnered increasing international attention, the volume of research remains limited due to constraints related to the scope of study, research methodologies, and thematic focus. To contribute to this underexplored field, the present study undertakes a bibliometric survey and content analysis of articles published in reputable academic journals, generating statistical evidence and synthesizing key issues that characterize research on ethnic minority cultural tourism worldwide.

Keywords: Bibliometrics, culture, ethnicity, minority, tourism, the world
