Abstract

The research aimed to determine the levels of the impact of perceptions of trust in an organisation on motivational employees and employee outcomes in offices in Vietnam. The research sampling was 485 office staffs. And this study used analytical methods via factor analysis to test and determine the scale, and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to find the factors affecting the motivating workers. The results showed that employee outcomes were affected by perceptions of trust in an organisation and work motivation. This study also suggested the solutions to build trust in an organisation.

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là xác định mức độ tác động của niềm tin ở tổ chức đến động cơ và kết quả làm việc của nhân viên khối văn phòng ở Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với tổng số quan sát là 485 nhân viên khối văn phòng. Nghiên cứu đã sử dụng phương pháp phân tích thông qua phương pháp phân tích nhân tố khám phá và mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, nhận thức của nhân viên về niềm tin ở tổ chức là một biến có vai trò rất lớn làm tăng kết quả làm việc của nhân viên, và động cơ làm việc. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu còn đưa ra một số hàm ý để xây dựng niềm tin ở tổ chức.
