Motif báo oán và motif đền ơn trong truyện cổ tích của Thâm Tâm

Abstract

Tham Tam - one of the talented modern narrative writers, has successfully exploited folk materials, renewing ancient motifs, mainly the motif of revenge and the motif of gratitude. With this research, we focus on examining the above two motifs in the collection of stories “Hai cay hoa nhai” to analyze the author's way of rewriting and transforming old stories to convey the profound philosophy of cause and effect, gratitude and retribution to readers. From there, the article not only serves as a basis to affirm that the motif of revenge and revenge becomes a specific motif for the fairy tale genre, but also provides an additional useful document for the study of children's literature from the perspective of poetics and from the perspective of culture.

Thâm Tâm - một trong những cây bút tự sự hiện đại đầy tài năng đã thành công trong việc khai thác các chất liệu dân gian, làm mới các motif cổ, chủ yếu là motif báo oán và motif đền ơn. Với bài nghiên cứu này, hai motif trên ở tập truyện “Hai cây hoa nhài” được tập trung khảo sát để phân tích cách thức tác giả viết lại và biến tấu những chuyện xưa tích cũ nhằm truyền tải triết lý sâu sắc về nhân quả báo ứng, đền ơn đáp nghĩa tới độc giả. Từ đó, bài viết không chỉ là cơ sở khẳng định motif đền ơn báo oán trở thành motif đặc thù cho thể loại cổ tích, mà còn cung cấp thêm một tài liệu hữu ích phục vụ cho việc nghiên cứu văn học thiếu nhi từ góc độ thi pháp học và từ góc nhìn văn hóa.
