Giải pháp chẩn đoán lỗi cảm biến dòng điện áp dụng chỉ số sai số bình phương trung bình cải tiến trong hệ truyền động động cơ không đồng bộ
Abstract
Fault-tolerant control (FTC) plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and reliability of induction motor drive systems, particularly in the presence of current sensor failures in field-oriented control (FOC) schemes. This paper proposes an FTC strategy that integrates an enhanced mean square error (MSE) index with a Luenberger observer (LO). The residual-based MSE index enables rapid identification of both soft and hard faults, effectively overcoming the cumulative delay inherent in conventional performance indices such as ITSE and ITAE. In parallel, the LO is employed to reconstruct the estimated stator current signals. Simulation results confirm that the proposed fault detection algorithm remains accurate even under transient operating conditions, allowing effective current recovery and preserving overall system stability.
