Chế tạo nhũ tương nano dầu neem kết hợp nano silica bằng phương pháp điểm đảo pha và đánh giá hiệu quả kháng nấm Pyricularia oryzae
Abstract
This study aimed to prepare neem oil nanoemulsion by emulsion phase inversion method, incoporated silica nanoparticles and determine their antifungal efficacy against Pyricularia orizae. We performed factor affecting the formation nanoemulsion including oil neem to surfactant ratio, surfactant ratio, neem oil ratio, silica nanoparticles ratio and selected the best formula to evaluate the physical chemical indicators. The results showed that the best nanoemulsion with a composition of 20% neem oil, 20% Tween 80, and 60% distilled water, 0.5% silica nanoparticles. The results of particle size, polydispersity index, viscosity, turbidity, and pH of the formulation were 154.8 nm; 0.233; 21.5 cP; 51.18 cm-1; 6.2, respectively, and were stable when kept at room temperature after two months of storage. The results showed nanoemulsion good antifungal activity and inhibitory efficacy of 80%; 78.26%; 76.02% at 100 µL/mL concentration after 3, 6, 9 days. This study suggests that neem oil nanoemulsion could be a potential to replace chemical synthetic fungicides.
