Phát triển chương trình giáo dục di sản tại các di tích lịch sử - văn hóa ở Cần Thơ
Abstract
Can Tho is the central urban area of the Mekong Delta, where diverse cultural heritage values converge in the process of riverside urban development, and heritage education activities play an important role in improving the effectiveness of conservation and promotion of historical and cultural relics of the local community. In this article, the theory of cultural relativity is used to assert that the heritage education program in Can Tho should be designed and implemented in a localized manner, appropriately to local characteristics, to the interactive relationship among the community, the natural environment and the current urbanization context. Accordingly, the article proposes three groups of solutions to develop heritage education programs that contribute to improving the effectiveness of conservation and promotion of relic values in Can Tho in the context of sustainable development and international integration.
Tóm tắt
Cần Thơ là đô thị trung tâm của vùng đồng bằng sông Cửu Long, nơi hội tụ các giá trị di sản văn hóa đa dạng trong tiến trình phát triển đô thị ven sông và hoạt động giáo dục di sản đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc nâng cao hiệu quả công tác bảo tồn, phát huy giá trị các di tích lịch sử - văn hóa của cộng đồng địa phương. Thuyết tương đối văn hóa được vận dụng trong bài viết để khẳng định rằng chương trình giáo dục di sản tại Cần Thơ cần được thiết kế và triển khai theo hướng bản địa hóa, phù hợp với đặc trưng địa phương, mối quan hệ tương tác giữa cộng đồng cư dân, môi trường tự nhiên và bối cảnh đô thị hóa hiện nay. Từ đó, ba nhóm giải pháp phát triển chương trình giáo dục di sản được đề xuất góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả công tác bảo tồn, phát huy giá trị di tích tại Cần Thơ trong bối cảnh phát triển bền vững và hội nhập quốc tế.
