Abstract

This study evaluates Moodle's effectiveness at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Can Tho University, from students' perspectives. A mixed-method survey was conducted with 354 students, including 265 with LMS experience. Findings reveal Moodle is primarily used for downloading materials and assignment submissions, while interactive features remain underutilized. Students faced challenges including system errors, unstable connectivity, and a complex interface. Regression analysis identified learning material quality and instructor interaction as key factors influencing usage effectiveness. The research proposes interface optimization, offline access development, and enhanced LMS training. Results provide empirical foundations for improving Moodle effectiveness and digital education quality.
