Abstract

This paper explores the use of ChatGPT in learning and teaching, focusing on the experiences of pedagogy students at Can Tho University. The study surveys 121 pedagogy students to assess the extent of use, methods of application, advantages, disadvantages, and measures for optimizing ChatGPT in education. Findings indicate that students primarily use ChatGPT for information retrieval, assignment support, and lesson planning, which helps save time but also poses risks such as AI dependency, misinformation, and reduced critical thinking skills. The paper summarises measures such as guided and controlled usage, training in information verification skills, and integrating AI into teaching with proper direction. Additionally, it encourages a flexible approach to maximize the benefits of ChatGPT without compromising educational quality.

Tóm tắt

Việc khai thác ChatGPT trong học tập và giảng dạy, tập trung vào trải nghiệm của sinh viên sư phạm (SVSP) Đại học Cần Thơ được nghiên cứu trong bài báo. Trong nghiên cứu, 121 SVSP được khảo sát để đánh giá mức độ sử dụng, cách khai thác, ưu – nhược điểm và biện pháp tối ưu hóa việc sử dụng ChatGPT vào học tập và giảng dạy. Kết quả cho thấy SVSP chủ yếu dùng ChatGPT để tìm kiếm thông tin, hỗ trợ làm bài tập và biên soạn tài liệu giảng dạy, giúp tiết kiệm thời gian nhưng cũng có nguy cơ phụ thuộc vào trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), nguy cơ được cung cấp thông tin thiếu chính xác và suy giảm năng lực tư duy phản biện. Các biện pháp được tổng hợp trong bài báo như: hướng dẫn SV sử dụng có kiểm soát, rèn kỹ năng xác thực thông tin và tích hợp AI vào giảng dạy một cách có định hướng, đồng thời khuyến khích cách tiếp cận linh hoạt để khai thác tối đa lợi ích của ChatGPT mà không làm giảm chất lượng giáo dục.
