Abstract

The study aims to determine the appropriate planting density and amount of organic microbial fertilizer for Huong Thanh 10 rice variety grown in Thanh Hoa province to high growth and yield. The experiment was conducted with two factor: splanting density at 3 levels: 30, 40 and 50 plant/m2and amount of organic microbial fertilizer at 4 levels, 6.6; 6.8; 7.0; 7.2 tons/ha. The experiment was designed in a split-plot with three replications. The results showed that, rice variety Huong Thanh 10 at a planting density of 30 plant/m2 and used 7.0 tons/ha of microbial organic fertilizer, the plant height, maximum number of branches and effective number of branches, growth time are highest, in the Spring crop respectively 106.2 cm; 7.2 plant/cluster; 5.9 plant/cluster; 132 days and in the Summer season respectively reached 119.2 cm; 5.8 branches/cluster; 4.9 branches/cluster; 103 days. The treatment with a planting density of 40 plant/m2 and used 7.0 tons/ha of microbial organic fertilizer achieved the highest theoretical yield reached 8.2 tons/ha in the Spring crop and 6.2 tons/ha in the Summer crop, the actual yield reached 6.9 tons/ha in the Spring crop and 4.8 tons/ha in the Summer crop.

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xác định mật độ cấy và lượng bón phân hữu cơ vi sinh thích hợp cho giống lúa Hương Thanh 10 trồng tại tỉnh Thanh Hoá có sinh trưởng tốt và đạt năng suất cao. Thí nghiệm bao gồm 2 nhân tố: mật độ cấy ở 3 mức 30, 40 và 50 khóm/m2 và lượng bón phân hữu cơ vi sinh ở 4 mức 6,6; 6,8; 7,0; 7,2 tấn/ha, được bố trí theo kiểu lô chính – lô phụ, lặp lại 3 lần. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy giống lúa Hương Thanh 10 cấy ở mật độ 30 khóm/m2 và sử dụng bón 7,0 tấn/ha phân hữu cơ vi sinh thì chiều cao cây, số nhánh tối đa, số nhánh hữu hiệu, thời gian sinh trưởng lớn nhất tại vụ Xuân lần lượt 106,2 cm; 7,2 nhánh/khóm; 5,9 nhánh/khóm; 132 ngày và vụ Mùa lần lượt đạt 119,2 cm; 5,8 nhánh/khóm; 4,9 nhánh/khóm; 103 ngày. Công thức cấy ở mật độ 40 khóm/m2 và bón 7,0 tấn/ha phân hữu cơ vi sinh thì năng suất lý  thuyết cao nhất đạt 8,2 tấn/ha ở vụ Xuân và 6,2 tấn/ha ở vụ Mùa, năng suất thực thu cao nhất đạt 6,9 tấn/ha ở vụ Xuân và 4,8 tấn/ha ở vụ Mùa.
