Abstract

The first purpose of this study is to consider the mediators in the relationship between the TPB variables ? satisfaction, social norms and behavioral control ? and repurchase loyalty toward fish. In addition, a cross-sectional analysis is also conducted to explore the differences in different market situations. The results showed that the involvement and attitudinal loyalty played mediating role for the effects of satisfaction, social norms and perceived behavioral control on repurchase loyalty. The findings from a cross-sectional analysis indicated that satisfaction, in almost cases, had the strongest effect. Social norms played a more important role in explaining attitudinal loyalty compared with behavioral control, while involvement was explained by behavioral control better than social norms. Lastly, the evidences in the difference across different markets were also found.

Mục đích của nghiên cứu này nhằm xem xét các biến trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa các biến TPB - sự thỏa mãn, ảnh hưởng xã hội và kiểm soát hành vi - và sự trung thành hành vi mua hàng lặp lại đối với các sản phẩm cá. Bên cạnh đó, một phân tích chéo cũng được thực hiện nhằm khám phá các khác biệt ở các tình huống thị trường khác nhau .Kết quả đã chỉ ra rằng sự quan tâm và trung thành thái độ giữ vai trò trung gian cho các tác động của sự thỏa mãn, ảnh hưởng xã hội và kiểm soát hành vi lên sự trung thành hành vi mua hàng lặp lại. Các phát hiện từ phân tích chéo cũng cho thấy sự thỏa mãn, trong hầu hết trường hợp, có tác động mạnh nhất. ảnh hưởng xã hội giữ vai trò quan trọng hơn trong việc giải thích sự trung thành thái độ so với kiểm soát hành vi, ngược lại kiểm soát hành vi giải thích sự quan tâm tốt hơn so với ảnh hưởng xã hội. Cuối cùng, các chứng cứ về sự khác biệt giữa các thị trường khác nhau cũng được tìm thấy.
