Sức khỏe tài chính của giới trẻ trên địa bàn Hà Nội: Vai trò của thảo luận tài chính, hiểu biết tài chính và ý thức tài chính
Abstract
Financial well-being plays a fundamental role in developing and maintaining life quality both physically and mentally. Nurturing healthy financial well-being for the young generation becomes even more crucial when this is the primary resource for society's development. This study aims to assess the impact of financial discussion, financial literacy and attitude towards money on the financial well-being of young adults in Hanoi. Using a research sample of 219 observations and the OLS regression model, the study shows that financial discussion and attitude towards money positively and significantly impact young adults‘ financial well-being, while the effect of financial literacy is insignificant. The research findings offer important implications to further improve the financial well-being of young adults.

Sức khỏe tài chính đóng vai trò nền tảng trong việc xây dựng và duy trì chất lượng cuộc sống về cả thể chất lẫn tinh thần. Việc nuôi dưỡng sức khỏe tài chính lành mạnh cho thế hệ trẻ lại càng trở nên đặc biệt quan trọng khi đây chính là nguồn lực chính cho sự phát triển của toàn xã hội. Mục tiêu của bài viết là đánh giá vai trò của thảo luận tài chính, hiểu biết tài chính và ý thức tài chính đối với sức khỏe tài chính của giới trẻ trên địa bàn Hà Nội. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu gồm 219 mẫu quan sát và mô hình hồi quy OLS. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng thảo luận tài chính và ý thức tài chính ảnh hưởng tích cực và đáng kể tới sức khỏe tài chính của giới trẻ, trong khi tác động của hiểu biết tài chính là không đáng kể. Kết quả nghiên cứu gợi mở một số hàm ý quan trọng nhằm nâng cao hơn nữa sức khỏe tài chính cho giới trẻ.
