PHÂN TÍCH THỰC TRẠNG SẢN XUẤT CHÔM CHÔM THEO TIÊU CHUẨN GLOBAL GAP TẠI TỈNH BẾN TRE

Abstract

The study was carried out to assess the current state of rambutan production employed Global GAP standard through a survey of 69 households in Cho Lach district, Ben Tre province. The results indicate that the Gobal GAP production brought farmers about 23 million thousand VND per 1,000 m² of cultivated land, which means there was 2.36 million thousand VND higher compared with normal production. The Global GAP production could be considered an essential solution for protecting health and belief of consumers. Simultaneously, the Global GAP production also helps improving techniques as well as establishing scientific cultivation habits for the farmers, such as writing diaries about their process of producing products and using environmentally friendly inputs.

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện để đánh giá thực trạng sản xuất chôm chôm theo tiêu chuẩn Global GAP qua khảo sát 69 nông hộ tại huyện Chợ Lách, tỉnh Bến Tre. Kết quả điều tra cho thấy, trên 1.000 m² đất canh tác, sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn Global GAP cho thu nhập khoảng 23 triệu đồng, cao hơn 2,36 triệu đồng so với hộ sản xuất thông thường. Sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn Global GAP là giải pháp cần thiết để bảo vệ sức khỏe và niềm tin người tiêu dùng, đồng thời nâng cao kỹ thuật và hình thành thói quen canh tác khoa học cho nông dân như ghi nhận hoạt động sản xuất và sử dụng các yếu tố đầu vào thân thiện với môi trường.
