Đồng tạo trải nghiệm trong du lịch: Một nghiên cứu trắc lượng thư mục với cơ sở dữ liệu Scopus
Abstract
Co-creation of tourism experiences has emerged as a prominent topic, as tourists increasingly seek to participate in the creation of personalized and interactive experiences. The aim of this study is to analyze publication trends on co-creation in the tourism sector through three key dimensions: temporal, spatial, and thematic. The research methodology employed is bibliometric analysis, based on 514 scientific publications sourced from the Scopus database. The findings reveal three major trends: (1) a significant increase in the number of studies in recent years; (2) a concentration of research originating from developed countries, where tourism innovation and co-creation models are more prevalent; and (3) dominant themes including cultural and heritage tourism, tourist destinations, technology and innovation, as well as tourism markets and stakeholders. Based on these findings, several potential research directions are proposed.

Đồng tạo trải nghiệm trong du lịch đã trở thành một chủ đề đang được chú ý khi du khách mong muốn tham gia vào quá trình tạo ra những trải nghiệm tương tác và cá nhân hóa. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là phân tích các xu hướng công bố về đồng tạo trải nghiệm trong du lịch qua ba yếu tố: thời gian, không gian và các chủ đề chính. Phương pháp nghiên cứu áp dụng là trắc lượng thư mục dựa trên 514 công bố khoa học từ cơ sở dữ liệu Scopus. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra ba xu hướng quan trọng: (1) Sự gia tăng đáng kể về số lượng nghiên cứu trong những năm gần đây; (2) Các nghiên cứu chủ yếu đến từ các quốc gia phát triển, nơi ngành du lịch đã có sự đổi mới với các mô hình đồng tạo; (3) Các chủ đề nổi bật bao gồm du lịch văn hóa và di sản, điểm đến du lịch, công nghệ và đổi mới, cũng như thị trường du lịch và các bên liên quan. Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, một số hướng nghiên cứu tiềm năng được gợi ý.
