Abstract

From the chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts, we have isolated and identified four compounds: stigmasterol, the mixture of stigmasterol and spinasterol with the ratio of 1:3,  sitosterol 3-b-O-D-glucopyranoside and quercetin 3-O-b-D-galactopyranoside. Their structures were evaluated by spectrum data of MS, 1H, 13C, DEPT NMR and 2D-NMR.

Tóm tắt

Từ cao chloroform và cao ethyl acetate, chúng tôi đã cô lập và nhận danh bốn hợp chất: stigmasterol, hỗn hợp stigmasterol và spinasterol với tỷ lệ 1:3, sitosterol 3-O-b- D-glucopyranoside và quercetin 3-O-b-D-galactopyranoside. Cấu trúc của các chất này được đề nghị căn cứ vào phổ nghiệm từ dữ liệu MS, 1H, 13C, DEPT NMR và phổ 2 chiều NMR.
