Nâng cao kỹ năng mềm cho sinh viên Khoa Luật, Đại học Cần Thơ

Abstract

Improving soft skills for students is one of the important issues that not only helps students achieve efficiency in studying and practicing but also equips them with the necessary capacities for the future working environment. However, a part of Can Tho University students in general, students of the School of Law in particular, are still not aware of this importance, leading to a lack of proactive attention to cultivating the necessary soft skills. With the method of processing synthetic, statistical and comparative data from collecting information from learning outcomes data related to soft skills of 867 students of the School of Law, and information from the survey results of the School of Law and the Quality Management Center of the employment rate after graduation among 886 students; the article aims to propose some solutions to improve soft skills for students of the School of Law, contributing to the training quality of Law students in the region as well as nationwide.

Việc nâng cao kỹ năng mềm cho sinh viên là một trong những vấn đề quan trọng không những giúp sinh viên đạt hiệu quả trong học tập và rèn luyện mà còn trang bị những năng lực cần thiết cho môi trường làm việc trong tương lai. Tuy nhiên, một bộ phận sinh viên trường Đại học Cần Thơ nói chung, sinh viên Khoa Luật nói riêng vẫn chưa ý thức được tầm quan trọng này dẫn đến việc chưa chủ động quan tâm bồi dưỡng các kỹ năng mềm cần thiết. Phương pháp xử lý số liệu tổng hợp, thống kê, so sánh đã được sử dụng trong nghiên cứu để phân tích thông tin thu thập được từ dữ liệu kết quả học tập liên quan đến kỹ năng mềm của 867 sinh viên khoa Luật và thông tin từ kết quả khảo sát tỷ lệ việc làm sau khi tốt nghiệp của Khoa Luật và Trung tâm Quản lý chất lượng của 886 sinh viên. Trong bài nghiên cứu, một số giải pháp nâng cao kỹ năng mềm cho sinh viên Khoa Luật đã được đề xuất, góp phần vào đào tạo sinh viên Luật chất lượng trong khu vực cũng như toàn quốc.
