Abstract

This study is aimed at testing the the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on employee-related important variables in businesses. In particular,the relationship between CSR and employee commitmentwith enterpreneurs inthe linking role of job satisfaction, trust and engagementwas investigated. The partial least square structural equation modelling was applied on a sample set of 330 employees to test the hypotheses. The testing results indicated that all proposed CSR hypotheses were fit and supported by employees in Tien Giang province.

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu kiểm định tác động của trách nhiệm xã hội của tổ chức (CSR) đến các biến số quan trọng liên quan đến nhân viên trong doanh nghiệp. Cụ thể hơn, mối quan hệ giữa CSR và sự camkếtcủa nhân viên với doanh nghiệp đã được khám phá dưới vai trò liên kết của sự hài lòng với công việc, sự tin tưởng đối với tổ chức và sự gắn kết với công việc. Phương pháp mô hình cấu trúc bình phương bé nhất bán phần (PLS-SEM) đã được áp dụng trên mẫu gồm 330 nhân viên để kiểm định giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy các giả thuyết phù hợp với thực tế và được ủng hộ của nhân viên với CSR của doanh nghiệp tại tỉnh Tiền Giang.
