Abstract

This study reviews the literature of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) applications in supply chain management. A total of 70 papers published in high quality management journals from 1999 to 2009 are compiled and categorized by each element of supply chain; namely, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, and customer. The content of these papers are analyzed to solve the research objectives: (i) The application of AHP in supply chain management; (ii) Success factors of AHP implementation and (iii) The opportunities for future research. This review will help researchers and practitioners have a broader understanding regarding application of AHP in supply chain management.

Tóm tắt

Bài báo cáo giới thiệu tổng quan về việc ứng dụng phương pháp phân tích thứ bậc (Analytic Hierarchy Process – AHP) trong quản lý chuỗi cung ứng. Tất cả 70 bài báo đăng trên các tạp chí uy tín trong lĩnh vực quản lý điều hành từ năm 1999 đến năm 2009 được thu thập và phân nhóm theo mỗi thành phần trong chuỗi cung ứng bao gồm nhà cung cấp, nhà sản xuất, nhà phân phối và khách hàng. Nội dung của các bài báo được phân tích nhằm hướng đến giải quyết các mục tiêu: (i) Tìm hiểu vềứng dụng của AHP trong quản lý chuỗi cung ứng (ii) Yếu tố giúp cho viêc áp dụng AHP thành công và (iii) Định hướng nghiên cứu trong tương lai. Nghiên cứu này sẽ giúp cho các nhà nghiên cứu và ứng dụng có một cái nhìn sâu rộng hơn về áp dụng phương pháp phân tích thứ bậc trong quản lý chuỗi cung ứng.
