Abstract

The magnetite nanoparticle coated with SiO2 were synthesized by co-precipitation method. This nanoparticle has the spherical form with 20 nm size and saturated magnetization at 57 emu/g. The Magnetite nanoparticle (Fe3O4/SiO2) were crusted with GPTMS for enhancing adhesion of nanoparticle with antibodies in other to get early diagnosis for cancer treatment more efficient.

Tóm tắt

Hạt nano ôxít sắt từ bọc SiO2 được tổng hợp theo phương pháp đồng kết tủa với phân tử hình cầu có kích thước hạt khoảng 20 nm, độ từ hóa bão hòa khá cao (khoảng 57 emu/g). Hạt nano từ (Fe3O4/SiO2) được phủ lớp vỏ GPTMS tăng cường khả năng kết dính của hạt với các kháng thể để góp phần chẩn đoán sớm và chính xác các bệnh ung thư nhầm điều trị bệnh được hiệu quả hơn.
