Abstract

The survey results from 13 members of a Long Tuyen agricultural cooperative and 35 farmers outside the cooperative showed that this cooperative contributes significantly to improve technical knowledge for the cooperative members? and surrounded community and plays an important role in promoting a farming contract between its farmers and entrepreneur. However the results also illustrated there is correlation unspecific in improvement of the household?s income and joining cooperative. The results also indicated that their cooperative from initial period bring the high economic efficiency for the members and itseft, but later on the cooperative activities? are likely perfunctory and uneffective.

Tóm tắt

Kết quả khảo sát 13 hộ xã viên của (hợp tác xã) HTX Long Tuyền và 35 hộ nông dân không tham gia vào HTX nhưng cùng cư ngụ trên địa bàn với các xã viên cho thấy rằng HTX Long Tuyền đã có vai trò chính trong việc nâng cao trình độ sản xuất cho xã viên và cho cộng đồng xung quanh và trong việc liên kết tìm đầu ra sản phẩm cho xã viên nhưng HTX chưa có vai trò rõ ràng trong việc nâng cao thu nhập cho xã viên. Kết quả nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy hoạt động của HTX lúc mới thành lập đã mang lại hiệu quả kinh tế cao cho xã viên và cho chính HTX, nhưng càng về sau hay tại thời điểm nghiên cứu hoạt động của HTX chỉ còn mang tính hình thức và cầm chừng.
