Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the service quality at tourist destinations in Tien Giangprovince. Besides, the paper has identified some important factors that affect tourist satisfaction and revisit such as tourism infrastructure, safety and security, people, natural environment, service price, tourist motivation. This research is aimedto develop sustainable domestic tourism in Tien Giangprovince by analyzing the factors determining touristsatisfaction and revisitbased on the qualitative research and quantitative research.Data were collected from 350 domestic tourists in Tien Giang province, who responded willingly to a questionnaire-based survey. The results of multiple regression showed that all factors affected significantly tourism service quality in Tien Giang tourist destinations.

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu của bài viết nhằm đánh giá chất lượng dịch vụ của các điểm đến du lịch trên địa bàn tỉnh Tiền Giang. Qua đó, bài viết đã xác định các yếu tố quan trọng ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của du khách và sự quay trở lại của du khách bao gồm cơ sở hạ tầng du lịch, an toàn du lịch và an ninh, nguồn lực con người, môi trường tự nhiên, giá dịch vụ, và động cơ của du khách. Nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định các yếu tố quyết định sự hài lòng và sự quay trở lại của khách du lịch dựa trên cả hai phương pháp nghiên cứu là nghiên cứu định tính và nghiên cứu định lượng. Dữ liệu sơ cấp được thu thập thông qua phỏng vấn chuyên gia, thảo luận nhóm tập trung và điều tra khảo sát.  Nghiên cứu được điều tra khảo sát 350 đáp viên là các khách du lịch nội địa để kiểm định mô hình và các giả thuyết nghiên cứu bằng phương pháp chọn mẫu ngẫu nhiên phân tầng theo địa bàn bằng cách phỏngvấn trực tiếp du khách.
