KẾT QUẢ CHỌN DÒNG GIỐNG LÚA MỘT BỤI ĐỎ CÓ CHẤT LƯỢNG TỐT TẠI NHÀ LƯỚI TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC CẦN THƠ

Abstract

Mot Bui Do is a rice seed varieties characterized of Hong Dan district, Bac Lieu province, but has gradually degraded. Stemming from the need to do pure strains for the district to expand a growing variety of red dust. A red dust from the initial seed collected locally (amylose content of> 25%, protein content <8%, similar degenerate) we proceeded with the selection of individual technical protein SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, analysis of amylose content, protein, resistance to gel, heat or lake. After two crops grown in a greenhouse, we selected the two lines with characteristics are ? 20% amylose content, protein ? 10%, reaching a high purity> 90%.

Giống lúa Một Bụi Đỏ là giống lúa đặc sản của Huyện Hồng Dân tỉnh Bạc Liêu, nhưng đã dần bị thoái hóa. Xuất phát từ nhu cầu làm thuần giống cho huyện để mở rộng vùng chuyên canh giống Một Bụi Đỏ. Từ giống Một Bụi Đỏ ban đầu thu thập tại địa phương (hàm lượng amylose > 25%, hàm lượng protein < 8%, bị thoái hóa giống) chúng tôi tiến hành chọn lọc cá thể bằng kỹ thuật điện di Protein SDS- PAGE, phân tích hàm lượng Amylose, protein, độ bền thể gel, nhiệt trở hồ. Sau hai vụ trồng tại nhà lưới chúng tôi chọn được hai dòng có hàm lượng amylose ? 20%, protein ? 10%, đạt độ thuần           cao > 90%.
