Nguyen Thi Ngoc Nhu, Pham Thanh Duoc
Abstract | PDF (Tiếng Việt)
This paper investigates bilevel optimization problems and their well-posedness. First, many kinds of approximate solutions to such problems are defined, and then based on these approximate solutions, various kinds of well-posedness for the underlying problems are introduced. By using conditions related to the continuity properties of multivariable functions, sufficient conditions for the relationship between the mentioned well-posedness properties are formulated. Many examples are given to illustrate the obtained results.

Abstract | PDF (Tiếng Việt)
Online learning (OL) is studied activities performed using the OL system. This study aims to provide advantages and disadvantages of OL and suggest solutions for enhancing the OL effectiveness in high schools. The present study was accomplished using the crossing-survey module and interviews in combination with quantity and quality examination. The survey results of 2.410 students at three high schools show that the majority of students meet the requirements of OL: learning task acceptance (3,68±0,91), lesson attention (4,11±0,85), lesson discussion and building (3,28±0,91), learning task completion (3,52±0,95). However, there are still some limitations, such as weak internet connection speed, technical skills, the learning ability of students, and the interactive teaching skills of teachers. Thus, in order to improve the OL effectiveness, students need to identify the learning purpose, build a positive attitude like being being ready to accept learning tasks, actively participating in speeches, paying attention to listening, and complete the learning task.

Abstract | PDF (Tiếng Việt)
In this paper, the non-convex vector optimization problem was considered and discussed the properties of its weakly efficient solution set. Firstly, some concepts about generalized convexities of vector valued mappings were provided and studied their relationships. Next, based on the Hiriart-Urruty oriented distance function, a new nonlinear scalar function for the underlying problem was presented and investigated its pseudo semicontinuous property. Finally, these concepts and properties of the Hiriart-Urruty oriented distance function were used to formulate sufficient conditions for the existence and the connectedness of the weakly efficient solution set of the reference problem.
