Abstract

The research aimed to determine the impact of individual ties on motivational employees in offices in Vietnam. This study used analytical methods factor analysis to test and determine the scale. Then, this was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to find the factors affecting the motivating workers. The results showed that motivational employees were affected by individual ties inside and outside the organization. This study also suggested further research dimensions.

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là xác định mức độ tác động của các mối quan hệ quen biết bên trong và bên ngoài tổ chức đến động cơ làm việc của nhân viên. Dữ liệu thu thập là 485 nhân viên khối văn phòng. Nghiên cứu đã sử dụng phương pháp phân tích thông qua phương pháp phân tích nhân tố khám phá và mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, nhân viên khối văn phòng ở Việt Nam bị tác động bởi các mối quan hệ quen biết. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu còn đề xuất hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo.
